Robert Bruce Dalglish has been responsible for the development and strategic direction of the company since 2005. Mr. Dalglish served on the Public Policy Committee of the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization (NHPCO) from 2008 to 2013, the largest non-profit agency representing the hospice sector. From 1988 – 2008, Mr. Dalglish served as Managing Director of Morse Partners Ltd., where he not only oversaw the firm’s private equity investing activities, negotiated healthcare transactions, and served as President of the firm’s portfolio companies; he also successfully built MTA Safety Training Systems into one of the largest and most profitable providers of transportation training and education in the U.S. During that same period, Mr. Dalglish also held the title of Managing Partner of CA Equity Partners and Chestnut Partners. Previously, Mr. Dalglish was a Partner with Dimeling, Schreiber and Dalglish, Assistant to the President at Magnatex Corporation, Corporate Banking Representative at Bank of America, and Director of Retail Options, LLC.
Mr. Dalglish was also proud to have served on Pennsylvania Governor Ed Rendell’s Transition Committee for the Pennsylvania State Employees’ Retirement System (SERS) and the Public School Employees’ Retirement System (PSERS). R. Bruce Dalglish received his M.B.A. in Philadelphia from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and his B.A. from Harvard College.
